Sustainalytica is a specialist consultancy dedicated to BREEAM certification and green building strategy.
Founded in 2025 by Chartered Architect Peter Howle, we combine technical expertise with strategic insight to help investors, asset managers, and occupiers transform sustainability into measurable value.

Our Leadership
Peter Howle, Sustainalytica’s Founder & CEO, is a Licensed BREEAM Assessor, and has directed BREEAM In-Use delivery at scale, previously overseeing operations at the market's largest providers. His experience brings together technical rigour, practical delivery and strategic foresight, positioning Sustainalytica as a trusted partner for Europe’s leading investors.
