Sustainalytica is a specialist consultancy dedicated to BREEAM certification and green building strategy.
Founded in 2025 by Peter Howle, we combine technical expertise, architectural understanding and strategic insight to help investors, asset managers and occupiers make sustainability decisions that are practical, measurable and contextually grounded.

Our Leadership
Peter Howle, Sustainalytica’s Founder, is a Licensed BREEAM Assessor with extensive experience delivering BREEAM at scale. Previously leading operations at the market’s largest providers, he combines technical rigour, practical delivery and strategic foresight, making Sustainalytica the trusted partner for Europe’s leading investors.
