Peter Howle
Founder & Director
Peter Howle is an architect, Chartered Member of the RIBA and Licensed BREEAM Assessor with experience spanning architecture, sustainability consultancy and institutional real estate.
He has led international BREEAM programmes, senior sustainability teams and portfolio-level ESG programmes, including GRESB programmes covering more than £10 billion of real estate.
He founded Sustainalytica to bring this experience into a focused specialist model: senior expertise, technical rigour and clear advice for those responsible for real estate assets and portfolios.
