If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the validity of the remainder. No waiver by Sustainalytica of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sustainalytica regarding your use of the Site.

9. Professional Status Clarification
9.1. From time to time, this Site may display professional titles, designations, or logos relating to individual members of Sustainalytica’s team. These references relate solely to the qualifications of those individuals.
9.2. In particular, any use or display of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) logo or designation is strictly in reference to Peter Howle’s status as a Chartered Architect (RIBA).
9.3. Sustainalytica Ltd is not a RIBA Chartered Practice, and nothing on this Site shall be construed as representing or implying Chartered Practice status.
9.4. All third-party marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
